Time To Deliver

Delivery is free, product will be despatched within 7-14 working days, subject to availability of the products you have ordered. Please allow extra days for local holidays, national holidays, weekends and sale time. The Lotus reserves the right to amend or change the free delivery offer at any time, but we promise to notify customers at least 14 days in advance. In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver your order within the stipulated period, we shall cancel the order and notify you regarding the same. In such cases, the refund will be made directly to your account via the same mode through which the payment was made. We only partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure that the products reach you promptly and in perfect condition. We also ensure that the delivery is made to the recipient and thus require the identity proof for verification:- Aadhar card, pan card, voter id, pass port etc.

If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.Please note that we will be unable to change your shipping address if the package has been dispatched as redirection of your shipment is not allowed. Please make sure to take special care when entering your shipping address at the time of placing your order with us.

The product is delivered within 7-30 working days outside India from the day of order dispatch, provided such delivery is not delayed by any governmental authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government. In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver your order within the stipulated period, we shall cancel the order and notify you regarding the same. In such cases, the refund will be made directly to your account via the same mode through which the payment was made. We only partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure that the products reach you promptly and in perfect condition. We also ensure that the delivery is made to the recipient and thus require the identity proof for verification,
